Home Showings/Tours

After pre-approval is the fun part "touring homes" Based off of everything we have discussed thus far we will schedule home showings/tours on the homes that match your criteria & budget. I can even set you up with auto notifications to receive the new listings BEFORE the big sites even get them! I will help you analyze & weigh the pros & cons to each home & help you hone in on the perfect home!

We will go over all of your wants & needs together

As your agent - I am going to do a full (needs analysis) with you & really hone in on all of your home search criteria including all of your wants & needs.

Inspections

After we get an accepted offer on your dream home I will help schedule your home inspections. I will give at least 3 home inspector recommendations & you'll tell me whom you'd like to use. I can get your home inspections ordered on your behalf. After we get your home inspection report back we will both analyze it & I will help guide you through the repair process! Choosing the right REALTOR® during all stages is critical but I believe this is where I shine as your agent...negotiations.
